I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly thorough, careful, and professional every single visit. Our building hired him for monthly service, and he consistently goes above and beyond. Each month, he provides a detailed update on the rodent situation such as explaining any improvements, what areas he’s worked on, and what preventative steps he’s taking. He carefully checks every room, cabinets, and corner of my apartment to make sure everything is fully taken care of. His attention to detail really gives me peace of mind. On top of that, he is always friendly, respectful, and happy to answer questions. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping residents comfortable and informed. I highly recommend him and we’re very lucky to have him!
