The team is always professional, communicative, and flexible with any last-minute changes. What stands out is their commitment to quality. We had a minor issue with some of the flooring a few months after the project, and without hesitation, they sent someone out to fix it immediately - no extra charge, no hassle. It's hard to find that level of customer service these days.JC LA is the real deal.
