Robin was truly a life saver. Before her, every time I would eat, I would feel so heavy and weighed down. Now, I feel energized, satisfied and healthy for the first time in a very long time. She helped me not feel guilty about what I was eating and helped me gain a better relationship with food and my body. She never judged and was always a voice that reminded me not to be too hard on myself. I cannot thank Robin enough. Her recipes were delicious, full of nutrients I need for my body, and they helped me remain full but not ever feeling weighed down. Everyone needs a Robin. Thank you!!!!

i just completed a three month session with Robin and her nutrition program. all i can say is i will never go back to the way i was eating before after what Robin taught me. truly incredible. i know portion better, eat better, eat healthier and i am not depriving my self of anything but the worst foods (think NOLA cuisine). she was instructive, methodical, very willing to answer any questions and was easily accessible. she made a point to know where i preferred to shop for my food and my favorite restaurants and gave me outlines and suggestions of what was the best match for my desired results. this is not a quick weight loss plan but a training plan. i have lost 5 pounds and well on my way to losing more since this is a lifestyle change. i am tired of see sawing. i am so happy with my results and what i can look forward to in a healthier lifestyle. Robin is very highly recommended.

Robin was extremely easy to work with, super quick to respond to all of our questions leading up to the events, and was an engaging presenter. I also found her prices to be very reasonable. We had tons of questions for her and she did a fantastic job fielding everything. Would highly recommend her!
