The technician, Chris, came to our home in a timely manner, was professional, diagnosed the brake issue quickly and even offered a discount for repairs. Extremely convenient and had us back on the road quickly. Booking process was quick and our car was fixed in under 18 hours without us having to leave our home. Sent pictures to confirm the estimate. Excellent company to do business with from ease of scheduling an appointment to accommodating you at home, work or elsewhere. Chris, my Technician, was punctual and it was evident he was a very experienced and competent brake mechanic. He took the time to show me the brakes disassembled and the reasons he recommended changing both the pads and rotors together; I concurred. On my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, it took only about 1 1/2 hours to complete the entire job which is a lot less time than you would spend at a dealership or most independent shops. Thank you NuBrakes for offering mobile brake services!
