I am an experienced computer user and brought my high end gaming desktop PC to Nos Computers, which is located in the plaza next to the DMV. They successfully completed a RAM upgrade using my own RAM, which requires a special procedure. They had no trouble completing the repair and having it ready quickly, dropped off in evening and was already ready the next morning. They didn't ask anything to re-attach my computer fan properly. The price is reasonable considering the skills required and that they have to pay their bills as well. It ended up on the low end of what was quoted originally. They had laptops and desktops for sale with some accessories for sale as well that otherwise would be hard to buy in person. I have seen the shop around for years, and finally had the chance to try the shop. Would recommend for anyone needing computer sales, service, or repair.

I brought my gaming computer to NOS for a diagnostic after I was experiencing boot issues. After some troubleshooting, it was determined that I required a new motherboard and graphics card. After ordering the new hardware parts and installation, there has been no issues. Thank you, Shawn, for all your help and knowledge. I am 100% satisfied with the service and advice that was offered along the entire process. I will be coming back in the future for all my computer inquires and maintenance.

Wonderful spot to go for computer repairs. Their customer service is wonderful, they're very fair about pricing and the turnaround is so quick! They had our computer for less than 5 business hours and it was done and ready! They were also pretty detailed in telling us what they did to fix what was wrong. Super great little local repair shop. We will definitely be using them again if the need arises and highly recommend their service!
