This is the fourth dentist in Phoenix that I’ve visited in the past three years, and I’m glad to finally have found a dental office where I feel comfortable. The hygienist (Emily) was friendly and proficient, and was very understanding about my sensitive gag reflex. I appreciated that she explained every step of her process so I knew exactly what to expect. I was also grateful for Dr. Prinz’ willingness to explain in depth what orthodontic options I have, and more importantly, what she would not recommend (and why) given the unique challenges of my mouth. Many businesses try to upsell their customers. This office is not one of them. I will definitely keep coming to this dental office moving forward.

This place has been the best decision we made. The front office is so nice and scheduling is easy. The hygienists are amazing and so friendly too. Love the musical variety while you’re in the chair. They have some of the neatest scanning technology I got to see while getting my crowns replaced. Came here from a recommendation and I 100% recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Matt and his entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped into their beautiful reception area. Dr. Matt and his dental assistant, Lamb, are an excellent team. Explained to me what they were doing and what noises or sensations to expect as they worked in perfect unison. I had two crowns that needed to be replaced. Lamb made sure I was comfortable, even brought me a blanket and a bottle of water! I look forward to a lifetime relationship with Dr. Matt and staff at North Central Family Dentistry. Thank you!
