Working with Richard Daskam at Lifetime Roofing was an outstanding experience, even through what turned into a very long and stressful process.We first filed our roof claim in April, and the project wasn’t completed until August. Throughout those five months, Richard stayed engaged and helped guide us every step of the way. Our insurance company, Liberty Mutual (Safeco), initially denied the claim and maintained that the damage appeared man-made rather than hail-related. We pursued a second opinion, which was also denied, and even requested an engineer inspection that unfortunately did not move the claim forward.The final step before considering legal action was hiring our own appraiser to negotiate with Safeco’s appraiser. Thanks to persistence and proper documentation, that process ultimately confirmed hail damage and resulted in claim approval.Richard was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable throughout this entire journey.
