Starting with the quoting process by George, City Roofing was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate proposal style and emailed for review. Everything was spelled out in detail and in a professional manner. They were true professionals from start to finish, keeping me appraise of updates at all times. City Roofing was very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were patient and ensured I was clear on each process of the roof work. My sales rep Joe C. Is the best. He was always available for questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.My job Forman Mario was proactive and kept me up to date with each step of the roofing job and let me know what to expect. Thank you Mario. There were others I interacted with, but I forgot their names. (please forgive me). Every person that I had interactions with was friendly kind and ensured I was happy with their service. I’m sure anyone could’ve done the job, but City Roofing gave me high quality customer service. It was so refreshing and well received. City Roofing is honest professional and made me feel like my business is appreciated. Looking for a good roofing company with fair pricing, give City Roofing a shot you won’t be disappointed!! I am totally pleased with this experience!!
