When I first walked into the store, I honestly thought I was only going to look around. I met Victor during that first visit and told him exactly what I needed. He was great, and our interaction was very positive. When I finally made my decision, I contacted the store and one of the managers was extremely sweet and helpful. We decided to go back in person to make sure the couch was truly the one we wanted, and that’s when we met Danielle. She was amazing! She took her time with us, answered all of our (many) questions, and even stayed after hours to help us complete the purchase. She made sure we understood all our options, helped us identify our needs and wants, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone we dealt with was kind, patient, and welcoming—including the manager on duty. Thank you all! My wife and I are very happy with our new couch, and we can’t wait for it to be delivered!

He was patient, professional, and never rushed me. He let me take my time walking around the store and exploring all the options, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his help, I found a beautiful sectional that fits my family perfectly. This was my first time shopping here, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t have asked for a better employee to help find the perfect couch for my new place. Andrea not only gave me the space I needed to look in the store without pressure, but assured me she was always nearby to help with any questions or concerns She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire couch selections at the store and once I gave her the dimensions and the firmness I was looking for, she showed me choices and never pressured me into getting anything I didn’t want The couch came today, not a single issue and fits perfectly.
