Fantastic company. We are repeat customers, starting with splits on the top two floors of our Prospect Heights brownstone several years ago and now in our garden rental apartment, and if anything the service from Mr. Air has gotten even more excellent. The office crew was efficient and communicated quite well. Zach, Ben and Eddy did the install, and were smart (they changed the location of one split to much better spot), fast, and so professional. Highly recommend.

Mr Air’s technician, Zach, was friendly, on time, clear and helpful. Also trustworthy - I ended up leaving him alone in the house for almost two hours, it went fine. He came in, quickly evaluated the size of our job, and left our system in good shape and squeaky clean. I’ve added some photos. I don’t have “before” shots but our 7 year old mini split units look clean as new. Services HVAC system maintenance
