A small and intimate Venice-based workshop space specializing in beginner to intermediate sewing and garment construction. Take a 3 hour drop in workshop and leave with a self-made bag (no prior sewing experience necessary) or sign up for a 4 week workshop and learn a variety of skills. Further sign ups available for those of you who want to make complete garments or alter things they love but never wear. Workshops always begin with coffee and snacks in a peaceful garden setting. I had a blast taking a sewing "101" here. We made our own tote bags from start to finish, and I was really impressed with the quality of the teaching. We went over everything from how to use a sewing machine and load it with thread, to how to make seams, basically how to construct something. Fully reccomend!
