Evan continually checked in and took a lot of time to help Coordinate the timing of this move since we were continually delayed with our new build. Once the David and the guys showed up they worked very efficiently and treated our stuff with great care, no damage to the house or any items. Very professional all the way around! My wife and I are experienced movers, and we have done so quite a few times in the past. This experience was unlike any other. Tera Moving was the best experience we have ever had. From the initial walkthrough consultation, to Carlos, David, and their respective teams were sensational. They took extreme care when packing our belongings, and the attention to detail we witnessed, you would’ve thought they owned the items themselves. The whole team was well organized and very communicative throughout the process. Carlos took every new request from us with a smile, and David was the ultimate professional. Despite the freezing whether that was coming in, they continued to offer assistance. Awesome and professional! I just recently had to relocate from Friendswood TX to Granbury TX 312 miles and finding a good moving company is always challenging. Evan came out within 2 hours of calling to do the estimate, I accepted the same day. I received reminders and update until the day of my move and then I was pleasantly surprised by an awesome no nonsense crew lead by the foreman David. Within 4 hours my 4 bedroom House was packed well and protected well. No bumping walls, no accidents, and off to Granbury. My wife received them in Granbury and she was equally impressed with them as they put all of our furniture in the proper place without even telling them where it went. She said “They just knew”.
