Suburban Solutions lives up to its name! After interviewing all the big companies, researching on the web, reading BETWEEN the lines of many reviews, I took a deep breathe and made a choice. Kevin, Bobby, Patrick, Jo, and Breanna answered all of my questions quickly and with patience. Attention to specific details is important to avoid unnecessary glitches and assumptions on the consumers’ part. Read all of the contracts, details and fine print. Bobby went above and beyond to assure me from the very beginning all the way through until after delivery. I did my own packing, however, sent photos for their approval. Plus I acquired full coverage insurance as a back up. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED!!!!!! Lots of text updates for time schedule. Communication is key….no empty promises…. I was impressed with this company from the beginning when a nice, young woman answered the phone and not an AI bot or someone overseas with a language barrier. Getting a quote with Suburban Solutions was much easier than the other moving companies. Other companies wanted you to do a video walk through or have someone come out. With Suburban, we just went over the inventory, unit size and floors. The price was very fair and competitive, let a lone much more affordable than the bigger moving companies in Philly. Bobby, my sales contact, was easy to reach and work with. The day of the move, Chris and the team were efficient, fun to be around and optimistic. They made the stress of moving melt away! These guys were STRONG and kept great pace. Our freight elevator was malfunctioning for 20 minute, the crew was understanding and still got work done while maintenance fixed the issue. I am recommending EVERYONE I know who is moving to these guys. Thanks again!!!
