Gentle Giant has been my go-to moving company for over 17 years. I just finished using the Winchester and Philly offices..I have NY GG in 3 weeks. I am consolidating apartments and moving into a home outside of Philadelphia, and I CANNOT say enough about this company. They pack every item, check-in with you throughout the process, transport without losing or breaking one item, and unpack it all too. You would think their packing and unpacking costs would be a lot, but it isn’t—and when I asked for them to lower the estimate a bit, they did. The sales office does a great job communicating to the movers, but the movers are the pinnacle of perfection. The guys are considerate, detail-oriented, professional and even have an eye for unpacking and decorating haha. The company is worth every penny, and may seem a little higher than other quotes, but you get what you pay for—they’re literally the best!! Go Winchester, Go Philly and see you soon Brooklyn!!!

My husband and I are moving cross country to Seattle. It’s been a very quick turnaround, thus creating a lot of stress with us having to get a POD and moving our stuff to Seattle. We hired 3 movers from Gentle Giant movers and from the beginning I knew we were in good hands. When I called, we did an assessment of what needed to be packed and whether it would fit inside the POD I had. They also supplied me with special tape that immensely helped our wrapping and packing process. Day of, Scott and his team were prompt and on time. We had a 4 hour timeframe and they were so quick and efficient they finished it in 2 hours! They helped us disassemble and wrap a few fragile items, and every square inch of the POD was filled. I was so impressed by their professionalism, kindness and speediness. It really helped us feel less anxious once the e POD was packed and we didn’t have to leave anything behind.
