I was very impressed with how EverSafe handled my move. Jay and Mike in the office were very professional, helpful and informative with estimating and coordination, and the moving crew of Drew, Fred and Joe was the best I've ever dealt with. They were punctual, extremely efficient, wrapped and handled all items with care, and acted in a pleasant, polite and professional manner. They handled a difficult and tricky task of transporting a heavy china cabinet up a narrow stairway with a switchback to the second floor with no issues. These guys know what they're doing!!! EverSafe Moving Co was professional and efficient from the first contact I made with them. They responded to my quote request quickly and they answered all my questions with respect and attention. Their excellent reviews and competitive cost were factors in choosing EverSafe for my local move. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was because they never contacted me according to this policy in their quote: "Confirmation of your move: We will call you the business day before your move to confirm everything is on schedule. We must make contact with you to continue the move on the agreed date" I did not receive a call and did not get a response to my email or phone call asking for confirmation (it was over the weekend, to be fair) so I was unsure of the time/date confirmation until 2 hours before the scheduled move.
