Dropped in on a one day try. One of the best workouts I’ve had in a really long time! The people are so friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat and amazing Coach Michelle and also Maddie are incredible and very welcoming.

I took the Wednesday metcon class with Madison and she was amazing!! She was very encouraging and knew the whole class by name. I’m usually a solo workout person and normally don’t enjoy workout classes but this was definitely the exception since it was well-paced, vibes were amazing, and movement was super fun
