I have been a regular at this gym for 8 years now. Over those years I’ve seen real transformation of my body and overall well being. There is a real sense of community here, and manager Eduardo and the trainers treat you like family. I highly recommend this gym!

My favorite workout as I love the structure and respectful involvement from the coaches. No one shouting in your ear thinking that type of motivation works for most people. The exercises are for all levels and you go at your own pace! After all, you should be wanting to come back to work out, not scared away! I also love the buddy system so you are subtly pushed to keep going, that underlying accountability factor is gold

One of the best studios in Miami, by far! You get your intense workout done in just 40 min! Good size studio, great equipment and very clean. The coaches are great, special shoutout to Roy who always makes the sessions fun and he’s very encouraging!

I’ve closing in on 400 classes at sweat 440 and couldn’t be happier calling this my gym. I’ve been in the gym for a while but Sweat is effective, time efficient and fun. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Sweat 440 is an integral part of my daily routine, helping me start the day off working hard in the gym!
