Our trainers design each class to include interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training. Open to all fitness levels, these classes puts first-timers and fitness die-hards side by side to make progress at their own level together in one community. It was one of the best workouts I've ever had. I used to be a patron of another small group personal training gym where the trainers would chat during the workouts and no one could even focus. This was a place where every single person was there to work hard.

Best gym I’ve even been to! The trainers are AWESOME, the music is pumping and the workouts are always differentt. They offer strength and cardio and accommodate all fitness levels! There is also a great community vibe a they sometimes host happy hours for all members. These trainers are next level so be prepared to sweat! 😮💨

The best workout and gym in Chicago! Every single class is different never the same workout twice! I love that because I get too bored with other gyms in the city always doing the same exact workout constantly the trainers are awesome and all the workouts typically last less than a full hour You can bring a friend for their first class free and they do drop ins - no memberships required
