I like Yoga Box and their style of flow. After a few classes you start to get used to it, and you can improve quickly. You also get to know each teacher's style over time and begin to have favorites that you go back to every week.The membership marketing can be a little aggressive (lots of "Emma from Yoga Box here!" texts, but is it REALLY Emma? lol) and the price changes depending on how long you hold out or what kind of deals you get, but that's probably a necessary evil in order to stay in business.Teachers Sarah T and Jessica P are really great.ServicesGroup lessons

I just completed my 25th class here, and feel so at home at the studio. Sarah, Jess, and Joe are all incredible instructors that offer great support, playlists, and flow. The space is always clean, welcoming, and I love the variety of classes offered. The sculpt classes have really helped me begin to get in shape, the power flow provides great practice with poses and transitions, and recovery restore is exactly what I need after a long day. My only critique is I do wish the studio offered a heated recovery restore class or a non-heated power flow class, just to provide even more options. 🩷

Visited from out of town and had an absolutely amazing class! Cam .K ran such an energetic well paced whole body yoga sculpt class. She welcomed us immediately and explained the whole process, there wasn’t a second where we were confused. If we lived in Denver she’d easily be one of my #1 instructors:)
