Having made the connections with the Mind Belly Soul practice and clinicians has been so incredibly resourceful and reassuring for me. It truly takes a village to help an individual through an ED and it feels so incredibly comforting having this resource in my back pocket when I start to help a new client build their treatment team. I have also referred clients that just want to understand nutrition and build a better nutritional education for themselves. Mind Belly Soul are well rounded, well educated CLINICAL providers that have so much to offer.

We talked through various tools to work through ED urges, to offer self-compassion, and to understand better what's going on in my head with my ED. Through our time together, she always let me go at my own pace - when one technique felt overwhelming, we would seamlessly pivot to something that worked better. I find often in my head now, the voice of reason or self-compassion sounds like Hannah's voice! It was a joy to work with her, and I'd recommend her to everyone.
