Even those I still have the issue Elijah did everything he could to fix the problem. I'll be checking with the programmer to see what they suggest as Elijah suggested.

Andrew was helpful in diagnosing our UPS issue quickly, and gave regular updates throughout the process of replacing it. Alvaro came to do the in-person install of the new hardware and did so quickly. We were only down for maybe 10 minutes.
