I had an exceptional experience with Miami Appliance Service & Repair today, and I can’t recommend them enough! I called this company to get an estimate for repairing my stove, which wasn’t broiling anything because the element kept shutting off after 20-30 seconds. Right from the start, the team was incredibly professional and attentive. The owner promptly answered my call after I googled their business, and he took the time to ask for the model number. He patiently guided me through how to locate it on my stove, and I appreciated his thoroughness. I sent him a picture of the data plate, and within minutes, he called back with a detailed explanation. He honestly assessed that the issue was with the control panel and, unfortunately, that the part has been out of stock for over 10 years. What impressed me most was his honesty—rather than pushing for a costly repair, he simply and kindly informed me of the situation. Most other companies might have charged for a visit or repair estim
