Amazing massage! Nedra is meticulous, and she can tell you about all the physiology if you want to know it (I did!), but it is a full human experience - great space, great choice of oils, choice of sound, choice of light. And every part of me came out better and more relaxed. Also, Nedra is a kind and charismatic person. You must go!
