In my search for a new insurance company, I thought I'd give a local agent a shot. After an introductory letter sent by McCollum, I gave them a call to check their rates. After a quick phone call and some follow up emails I decided to switch. McCollum agency gave me some great prices on my auto, home and umbrella policies. They took control of canceling my old insurance and sent me all my policies. Unlike the big jingle companies, they were customer service oriented and professional. I would recommend them highly if just to compare your current coverage. I'm sure once you do that you'll be like me and make the switch.
