After having a really bad experience at Nova, I was honestly pretty anxious about trying again and took a break from driving for 2 years, but Luis completely turned things around for me. He was patient and helped me get over my fear of driving and actually feel comfortable behind the wheel. The best part was having the same instructor for all my lessons. That was really important to me and it made such a difference not starting over with someone different every time. Great storefront location. Comfortable air conditioned/heated environment. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable instructors. My instructor Luis is a great guy that met me with the company‘s car and insurance card at the Secretary of State to do my road test 30 minutes before my actual appointment in order to allow me to get warmed up. Came here to get started on working towards my license. They were really professional and easy to work with. During the lessons they made it really clear on what I need to be doing and focused on. Breaking everything down so I’d be ready to take the test. With them it didn’t take me that long as well. Their instruction helped me progress faster than if I tried learning on my own. After 4-5 classes, I was confident enough to take the test and passed it first try. They go over what to expect and make sure you’re ready and confident with your ability before putting you through. They keep you well informed too whenever you have something coming up, working with you on your schedule along with theirs. Really flexible, reliable, and straight to the point.
