We absolutely LOVE Mardel's! Our 8 yr old was so excited to be able to get her name engraved on her Bible and the gentleman was so amazing at explaining the whole process and really engaged our daughter in it. She still talks about it. What he did is provide more than just exceptional service, he played a part in my daughter's newfound love of the store and wanting to shop there more! I used to spend all my extra money here. I love their boxed cards. I have a plastic container full of all kinds of cards. I save money and time so I don't have to do it and risk missing an important occasion. Today's visit was to get a special pen for my great nephew. For graduation I bought him a charging notebook and told him I'd buy him a nice pen if he promised to take care of it. I found the nicest pen and pencil set that I think he'll enjoy. The staff were very nice to help me find it.

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, which made for a pleasant first impression. The store was clean and well-maintained—I even noticed someone diligently cleaning the registers and windows. It wasn’t very busy during my visit, which made for a calm and enjoyable shopping experience. I came across several unique and inspiring items, though I found the prices to be a bit higher than expected, especially compared to online options. However, the convenience of taking my purchases home immediately made it worth it. Overall, it was a great visit with no issues, and I’d definitely return!
