The summer is already here in NYC so after making my research I decided to go with StayCoolNYC. Their agent, Yev, did a great job installing my window AC. Very compatible pricing and fast service. Very glad I found them!

Second time hiring Yev because he was so amazing the first time I utilized his service nearly 5 years ago. This time he's installed 2 new units for me, work is as great as the first time around! Having a dedicated professional installing ACs in NYC apts is truly the way to go. He responds quickly and is communicative about his arrival time. I've always bought my ACs from him and his prices are comparable to buying from Amazon, he brings them, installs them, and cleans up after himself. What more could you ask for?!

I can't rate Yev and Alen highly enough. I received timely communication, very fair pricing, an on time appointment and the excellent installation of two window ac units that required a great deal of specialized work. In the future, should I need service or a replacement, StayCoolNYC will be my first call.
