Everyone who works there was really nice and knowledgeable, they showed us how to use equipment and we were able to finish our yard work.

This place is great. I needed a transmission jack for a 1 time use and was about to buy one until someone recommended Wirtz Rentals. Not only did they have one but their prices were literally half any of the other places. Just from what I rented and saw all of their rentals are in great shape and not all beat up like some places I've rented from before. They have so many different rentals that I recommend checking them out before you go and purchase any equipment that you need whether it's a large piece of equipment or a small tool. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly also.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Home Depot in Countryside. I reserved an auto feed drain cleaner, took half a day off work, and when I arrived I was told the machine was broken. I understand things happen, but I don’t understand how broken equipment can still be reserved. No other machines were available, even after calling nearby locations. I ended up finding Wirtz, and the difference was night and day. I was greeted with a smile, rented the machine immediately at a better price, and they even helped load and unload it. This experience reminded me that big box stores aren’t always convenient. I’ll be supporting this family-owned business going forward and highly recommend Wirtz. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a positive one!
