The Territory Manager of this location is awesome she helped me out with all my rentals needs in a 250,000sf building that we did in Stratford CT , she helped me out in everything and she always go the extra mile in everything she does , we 100% recommend her for all your rentals needs .

You have to give credit when credit is due, Randy and Heather and the team at United Rentals on Housatonic or exceptional. I dropped my Lift off on Wednesday. Randy had it fixed and ready to go in two days. Every time I call Randi or Heather I get exceptional service.
