This was my first time to rent a large equipment item from United Rentals, and get my information entered into the Database. I was provided the Articulating Boom Lift model I requested along with United Rentals Academy training/certification.

One of the 2 scissor lifts we rented had a hydraulic leak from the start, needed serviced. Service guy did promptly come out and fixed problem before noon and called me to say it was good to go. Fortunately, we were able to make due without it in the mean time. This also happened to us around 3 weeks before where we ordered 2 scissor lifts and 1 of them suddenly broke down with an electrical problem. Again, great service to get back up and running, but did delay us.
