I am part of a team doing home additions and remodels ..we often need machinery and equipment to complete various stages of construction. ESI rentals has been there with quick responses and A wide variety of equipment for most construction environment needs. Fantastic customer service was provided to us by a man named Erick. . Always good to have another reliable rental source in Anchorage and surrounding area👍🏼

Eric in rentals is awesome. We needed a lift for a job and I ordered the wrong size. Eric got me the closest size up available (quite a few sizes up) for no extra rental cost. When the machine started leaking at 7 PM after ESI closed, Eric personally came out and repaired it. We will definitely be renting from ESI again.

Had a top-notch experience working with ESI on my project. As anyone who has rented equipment knows, rentals are expensive and all kinds of problems can arise. But ESI was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. When I ran into issues, their tech came over immediately and took the time to get everything fixed. ESI's business practices played a big role in helping me get everything done correctly and (more or less) on-budget. If you happen to rent a JCB T65 and see a little bit of blue overspray on the guardrails, that was from a totally satisfied customer who is happy to have his project done right. I would absolutely rent from ESI again.
