I had a great experience with Nick. I used Luxury Appliance Care two times and Nick always did a great job. Last time I had an emergency and Nick came on Christmas Eve to fix my Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. They are the only Zub-Zero authorized dealer in Nassau County and I wanted a company who gives warranty for their repairs.
