I cannot express how amazing this company is! My washer flooded my apartment on Monday, I got in touch with SCREW'S early on Tuesday morning, and a technician was dispatched to my apartment the SAME DAY. Nikolai - the technician that SCREW'S dispatched - was amazing. He diagnosed the problem immediately and he was straightforward. There was no upselling, and he answered all of my questions. Nikolai ordered the parts for the washer the same day, and told me he would be back as soon as possible. "As soon as possible" ended up being today (Friday) - the day after New Year's Day. Nikolai fixed the machine in less than 20 minutes and ensured that the machine was running properly before he left. Also, the office staff at SCREW'S are pleasant and professional. The charges for parts and labor on the invoice were fair, and the diagnostic assessment fee was fair. There was transparency about what repairs needed to be made...I will recommend this company to any and everyone. Services Washer/drye
