I love to shop at this location, while it is a corporate store, it really has that mom and pop feel.They always have what we need, or amazingly enough will tell us which of their competitors would!Prices do tend to run on the high side, but they always have an online coupon you can use right from your phone!

Ran in real quick on Christmas Eve. Surprised that they weren't busy, but that was good. Had several good sales. 50% off on Christmas decorations & buy one get one free on several types of frames as well as 50% off on some other frames. Helpful staff.

Micheal's never disappoints! Several years ago I was hunting for the large bottles of color shift paint and they went out of their way to get the colors they could from other stores for me.My most recent visit was to get iron on vinyl for and the remaining number of youth shirts needed to make shirts for our cub scout troop. I admit I do not utilize my Cricut machines as much as I should and it had been almost 2yrs since I made a shirt, let alone 13 and I used scrap vinyl from a local shop to make the few shirts for my then 2nd grader and to customize his water bottle for school. Since I had just a few days to make the shirts I didn't have time to order the brand vinyl I used the scraps of to make my son's shirts and had to work with what they had in the store.Their make it brand had blue glow in the dark vinyl and since the online sales are not the same as in store a super sweet girl helped me make an online order to save money, right at closing time. Always a great experience and the staff is super helpful. I wish we had a location in northwest arkansas but until then it won't stop me from driving down to get my Michael's fix. Hopefully eventually when covid gets under control they can get their supply chain going again and get restocks on a lot of things.

I had an issue and the cashier was a little defensive and not very helpful in fixing the situation just kept making excuses... I'll go back it wasn't that awful I was just surprised at how defensive and kind of rude the cashier was. I pulled my product from the shelf and there were more than 3 boxes in the 22.99 spot but he didn't change the price for me, made a bunch of excuses as to why that happens, I guess I'm glad I didn't get 2 boxes like planned! Love the store though they always have great deals and good products.

This is my local Michaels. I'm not a huge crafter but do frequent this establishment about 2-3 times a year. It's always clean and tidy. My only negative would be the availability of an associate if you need assistance. It's only happened few times but typically there is only the cashier and if you ask them for anything they don't know and cannot help you bc they cannot leave the register unattended. I get it - they aren't super busy, but still it's a critique. Overall I recommend.

Ran in to get some yarn, price was not the same as the app so I know just to order online. Of course had to use self checkout and got one for cards only not noticing and I was using cash. First time I’ve been since Joann’s closed, expected more.
