United had same day availability to replace lights on my house. The technician was timely, polite and knowledgeable. I will call United again for service when i need it. This is my second time using them and I've been super happy.

We are in a house built in 1910 in Normal Heights. I have absolutely dreaded having our electrical corrected but needed to due to being shocked, ruined electronics and overall the fear of plugging appliances in. So when I called United and Tony showed up, I thought "ok better grab my wallet" because I thought it was gonna be expensive! Nope! UGH why did I not call them sooner! Tony came in, started troubleshooting and after years of fear and guessing what the problem was Tony was able to reassure me everything was grounded and I needed to change out 5 receptacles! 5 receptacles! A few hundred bucks later and BAM - electrical was great! Thank you all for your service! Highly recommend.
