I brought my two Rad City bikes into Bustleton Bikes for a tune up and I appreciate and value how I was treated as a customer. Mike informed me about the Rad Battery pending recall but it looks like my battery model is ok. The bikes look great and I can’t wait for the weather to warm up. I will be back and will recommend this shop to my friends.

I stopped by Bustleton Bikes at the last minute needing help with a rim tape, and the service was outstanding. The staff member was incredibly friendly and took the time to help me right away, even finding a quick solution so I could get back on the road. I really appreciated the genuine kindness and professionalism — you can tell they truly care about helping customers, not just making a sale. Highly recommend this shop for their great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Mike was the most helpful person when it came to me running into issues with my ebike tire and fixing the leak. Helped me source the parts, installed them and lectured me on future endeavors along with charging me a fair price for service. I will definitely be back for bike help because he’s a more more helpful than ANY other bike shop I’ve wasted my gas driving to in the area. The bike shops in surrounding areas were ZERO help to me.
