I went in for a massage on Tuesday and it was exactly what my mind and body needed. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, I spend my days lifting and assisting patients, and I also work out 5–6 days a week — so I carry a lot of tension in my upper traps and shoulders. Raul was incredible. His technique was not only deeply relaxing but also therapeutic and restorative. He intuitively found every area of built-up stress and used just the right amount of pressure to release it. By the end of the session, I felt light, aligned, and genuinely renewed — like I could move and breathe more freely again. Our session included craniosacral work, physical therapy, massage, TMJ support, and thoughtful stretching guidance for old injuries. I left feeling noticeably more open, relaxed and aligned.
