I used Phoenix Home Remodeling to change out a tub and shower into a shower and dry off area. The process of selecting the design was so easy and the design consultant was very nice. We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowd us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.
