This business is legit. No BS, honest and straight shooters. Zac and Tim were gracious enough to play 20 questions with me about A/C systems despite him just being out to fix our heater. We will absolutely be using this company moving forward. Also, this is the first repair company I've had that has given me a 2 hour repair window and they showed up on the dot at the BEGINNING of the window instead of hours later. Always excellent and professional service. They send reminder texts and a photo of who is coming to your home. Such a great company. Always confident when we do business. 💯 COVID protocols being taken. 11/4/22 - Had the pleasure of meeting another fabulous technician from Aire Texas today for my fall maintenance plan. Eric was pleasant, polished and professionals. I don’t know how this company gets the hiring right, everytime! 8/9/21- We had an emergency visit, I was a bit taken a back because the new VERY EXPENSIVE UNIT YOU INSTALLED had a drain valve FAIL causing plumbing to back up. Damaged is in every room in our house except the master bedroom and the kitchen. Aire Texas was empathetic and responsive to our concerns. We look forward to continuing excellent service and I highly recommend them, as always.
