I have had the BEST experience at the Big Wave Laundromat for the past 4-5 years. (There are TWO locations with one in Santa Monica and the other one in Mar Vista) The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and everything is super easy to use. The machines are modern and efficient—my clothes came out fresh and perfectly clean. You can download an app, which makes it super easy to use, or you may use quarters as well.The staff is also really friendly and helpful, especially if you’re not familiar with the machines. There’s plenty of space to fold laundry, and I appreciated how well-lit and safe the place felt.Another bonus: there’s free Wi-Fi and comfy seating if you want to hang out while your laundry’s going. Definitely my go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend!One last item, you will be supporting a family owned business run by Veteran. Can’t beat that.

This is by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to The staff is constantly wiping things down and cleaning. Every time I am here, someone is sweeping the floors, sanitizing surfaces, or making sure the machines are spotless. The washers & dryers are always clean and well maintained, which really makes a difference!!The people who work here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about keeping the place nice. I also really appreciate the vending machines with laundry detergent and supplies in case you forget something. It is super convenient. On top of that, there is a big parking lot, so parking is never an issue.If you are looking for a clean, well run laundromat with great service, this place is it. Also, shoutout to Charles! Such a friendly employee!!
