I was shopping around trying to find the best deal for a pre-purchase inspection on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Alan ended up giving me the best price at $150. I was a bit wary because some other options were $300+, so would that mean I would get a lower quality inspection?I was very happy with the communication, inspection, and service. I had a phone conversation with Alan. I told him my 3 concerns about the car. Less than 3 hours later, he was at the dealership doing the inspection.During the inspection, Alan texted me some updates. After the inspection, he texted me more details and then we talked on the phone.The result of Alan's inspection was:1. Alan discovered the dealership actually had 2 keycards; the keycards were stuck together and the dealership had told us there was only 1.2. Alan told me the rear tires were at 60% and front tires at 90%. I asked the dealership to rotate the tires to evenly wear them and they agreed.3. Alan was able to allay my concern of an unreported accident

Alan helped me when my car wouldn't turn off and I could not find any information online to fix it - what a weird problem to have! First off, he was willing to tell me step by step what to do in order to try and fix the problem myself and even offered to video call me, but I didn't have the necessary tools and preferred an expert take a look at it.It was 8pm when I called and unfortunately he wasn't able to come for 2 hours, which turned into 4 hours. But when he arrived I felt he went above and beyond. He checked multiple systems to make sure the problem resolved and even cleaned and buffed my headlights just because.He has received extensive education in car mechanics, electrical components, and physics and has worked at dealerships as well - I include this to demonstrate that the man knew his stuff. Also, and Women take note, he was genuine and I felt I could trust him - even as I was meeting this stranger at midnight.I would call Alan again, I definitely felt my car was in good han

Was about to head to work this morning and my car wouldn’t start, figured it was my starter and i was stressed thinking about having to tow my car to a shop , but i came across this and it was such a relief !! Being newer to the area it is always a struggle to find a new mechanic. My search is over. Alan is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Prior I took my car to the dealership and it took 10 days to do a minor repair. Alan took care of my car in a couple hours! Totally worth it. I appreciated that Alan walked me though the repair - I hate feeling like a mechanic is trying to scam. This was NOT the case with Alan - he made me feel at complete ease.

Great service! My 1968 Chevy pickup truck needed a tune up to keep it running, and Alan came the same day I called. He arrived early, was very professional, and fairly priced. I can’t recommend Alan enough based off my experience. Communicated efficiently, set clear expectations, and easily exceeded them. Got my car back on the road before the sun went down. Superb hospitality as well. Informed me of what he was diagnosing, invited me to observe the process, and even informed me that his initial estimate was about $20 short due to my vehicle make and model. $20 extra to get my car moving in my situation was barely a premium, but his level of transparency comes as a sigh of relief. Working with Alan feels like having a good friend in a small town who knows what they’re doing under the hood of a vehicle. 5 stars.

Gave them a call when I needed a battery replaced on a Sunday morning for my lovely cargo van that enjoys staying at home in its parking lot most days. Well, except for Monday, Monday he needed to go to work. Thankfully Alan was reasonably priced, quoted the project quickly, stopped picked up a battery and replaced the battery with a new more efficient battery in about 10 minutes.
