I attended four months last year and had an extremely positive experience during that time. I unfortunately had a mix-up where my card was left on file, but Krank was extremely responsive and immediately sorted out my issues and gave me a full refund for the period that I had not attended beyond my contract. Dan did not offer to compensate me in any way to post this, but I did feel compelled to share a positive experience with a grerat small business owner in this area, especially one that runs a tight ship like him. I was shocked to know that they've been around here for over a decade, which speaks to the staying power and popularity of Krank and the awesome community they've built in our little part of BK!

I was a member at Krank from 2016 until I recently moved away, and I truly miss this place. I’ve trained my whole life, but Krank is on another level. The trainers are non-judgmental, motivating, and know exactly how to push you to get results. They transformed my body (everyone asks about my sculpted arms!) and gave me a new level of confidence. It’s not just a gym; it’s a family. Highly recommend!
