This is the second time we hired Pearl Remodeling for a major project, and we’re just as happy with the results this time as we were with the first. Major storm damage meant we had to almost completely rebuild both bedrooms and bathrooms. From the very beginning our contractor Gal was committed to getting us back into our condo as quickly as possible. He kept the work on schedule despite multiple challenges. When the flooring we’d ordered from Home Depot showed up with major flaws, he went the same day to find new laminate for us and delivered it himself. He made suggestions for building back better than before, and the results are wonderful. Kevin who supervised the project communicated with us the whole time to make sure we were happy with the work. We did NOT have very high hopes when we first sought out to remodel our extremely tiny (4’x7’) bathroom. The original homeowners did the best they could with the space but over the years it sustained significant water damage and was just generally outdated and bland (see “before” photos). When we started taking quotes Ben from Pearl Remodeling came in excited to take on the challenge. He immediately got to work and sent us a full schedule of work dates, as well as a place to upload all of our design elements (tile, faucet, vanity, etc.). We loved that we were empowered to choose all our own items instead of just picking from a handful of available options. At times this was stressful (see “during” photos), but we ended up with the most gorgeous space that much better reflects our style and the style of our home (see “after” photos!). Their work schedule was extremely tight, but they were very timely and got this job done in record time. Every worker who came into our space was SO nice

We had a great experience with this Alon and his teams! They worked on our driveway, front walkway, foundation, and backyard drainage, and everything turned out beautifully. The pavers and driveway are honestly stunning - our neighbors have given us so many compliments already!The team was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and explained the process clearly along the way. Communicating over Whatsapp with them was great. We went back and forth proposing solutions to the drainage issues and where to put the stairs - they really listened to all our ideas and improved them.
