Ordered 2 key fobs but when got to me only had one with remote start function. So he made me 1 and gave me a temporary one (functioned the same just wasn't model specific to my car) then he ordered the other key and came out and programmed that one as well at a later date that worked into my schedule. Great service. After trying to contact a few locksmiths, Double Lock was the most personable and the quickest to respond. They even worked with me when I had to reschedule the service. They sent Jose to help me change a lock on my apartment complex mailbox. My lock was damaged beyond repair and on an old model where the locks were antiquated and irreplaceable, as those old locks were no longer made or used. He explained to me the requirements of having to replace the lock and the best way to go about it. Easy to understand and it showed that he cared about the job he was performing.
