Far to say, I like a company that's on time, quick and knowledgeable. After the wife locked us out, this team told us the price up front, no hidden costs, got here bang on the time they said and got me in the house within seconds. Great job, great service and perfect customer service. Don't bother with anyone else, I'll use them again, but hopefully I won't need to 😉

Efficient, professional, super friendly. Messaged J.F. Locksmiths after finding them on Google with great reviews. They were quick to respond, booked in to change locks on two doors. Arrived early, gave us a good few keys with each lock, made sure we could open with ease from the inside and out and allowed us to test it infront of them. I cannot recommend Jim from JF Locksmiths highly enough. My uPVC front door in Northfield (B31) had a failing handle and was becoming almost impossible to lock—I was having to yank the handle up just to get the mechanism to engage. Jim arrived promptly and it was clear he is a genuine uPVC specialist. He diagnosed the issue immediately as a dropped door and a snapped spring cassette. He re-aligned the door and replaced the parts quickly and at a very fair price. If you are looking for a reliable, family-run locksmith in Birmingham who knows how to fix uPVC doors properly rather than just suggesting a replacement, Jim is your man. Fantastic service and a highly professional tradesman
