I went to JB Bike Shop because I wanted to purchase a specific Specialized model & size and they were the only South Florida shop that actually had the bike in stock. (Other shops told me I would have wait a week or more to get it.) When I arrived I met Sam, the owner, and his manager Nick. They could not have been nicer or more professional. Even though I came in with a particular model already in mind, they took extra time to discuss the nuances of the Specialized bike and showed me similar options from other brands (including some less expensive). At no point did they try to oversell and they actually suggested I hold off on purchasing a couple of accessories until I had a chance to try out the bike first. In short, I got the Specialized bike I wanted, with the accessories I needed, and was able to ride it the next day, all at a fair price. And I had the pleasure of supporting a local family business!
