Bought a 2015 RAV4 from JCC yesterday. I recommend them highly. Josh was very helpful and made the whole process extremely easy. My mechanic checked out the car before purchase and said it was basically flawless, and noted that the dealer had done some good work reconditioning the vehicle. Josh gave us a check to pay for the emissions test and had the vehicle filled up. He also gave us a tour of the owner's car collection, including a '67 Mustang that Josh restored himself. It was stunning. Seeing that he put that kind of effort into that classic car gave me confidence that he's putting good work into the used cars he sells. Having bought a lot of cars, I found my experience here to be among the very best.

Best used car purchase experience ever! And being in my 50s I've had my share of experiences. Took my 20 yr old here for his first car and couldn't be happier.Reliable cars, very fairly priced, no pressure, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, warranty and complete transparency about any repairs etc that were made to the cars. I will definitely be back for future needs.Went here by recommendation of a friend. Met with Jay, the owner, and it was actually a hassle free, honest and everything up front experience.He and his crew get the cars in, and go over them with a fine tooth comb to ensure they're mechanically sound, which is likely why their cars also come with warranty unlike most used car lots.They're all extremely knowledgeable about the cars they deal with and can answer pretty much anything in detail.

Just purchased a second vehicle from this business. I appreciate the ability to shop ahead online, with the carfax available online. I knew ahead of going there the exact vehicles I wanted to test drive. Japanese-made cars sell themselves, so I prefer transparency over high pressure sales. This business is fair and honest. With their service center on-site, I feel secure knowing if I drive away and something goes wrong, they can fix it. We purchased the vehicles for teen drivers, so safety and reliability were our top priorities, not new and flawless. The RAV4 and Subaru Forester fit our family’s needs beautifully!
