Buy your bike here! There are plenty of places to buy bikes around Little Rock. I found several when shopping for an entry level mountain bike. All but one shop scoffed when I mentioned my price range. All but one shop charge for the yearly maintenance that's so critical to enjoying a bicycle investment. The staff at J & P were respectful of my price range, never trying to up-sell me something I couldn't afford. The other shops I visited seemed most interested in pressuring me to spend as much as possible. J & P seemed interested in developing an understanding of my wants and helping me find the best deal.If you're shopping for a bike, drive up 107 and visit these guys. You'll find they are patient, kind and knowledgeable. A year from now when your bike is a bit out of tune, J & P will take care of it for free. They do lifetime basic maintenance for free on bikes purchased from them.As expensive as bikes are, it's worth shopping around. Give these guys a shot. You won't regret i

Walked down here on April 8th Thursday 2021 and they answered all my questions and gave me quotes on what to expect and told me they expected a shipment of bikes by the weekend.Came Back Today on April 12th Monday 2021. They showed me what they had and set me up with what I needed. Also setup everything for me and explained to me how to use everything that I needed for maintain the Bike they sold me. The Fellow who was working even filled up the tires and found one of them was leaking and replaced it free of charge. A+ service. I will come back here again if I need the bike fixing and will recommend this place to others.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very helpful! I'm learning to ride as an adult, and they've been 100% respectful as I've asked questions. I brought in an old, borrowed bike to be tuned up, and it looks fantastic now! They even lowered the seat so that the bike would fit me better (I'm under 5 feet tall.) Quiet, patient staff who go the extra mile.

Purchased a Trail Edition Cannodale Bike for a great price, easily could have sold it for $800 or better brand new. It's been 3 years and every issue I have, he fixes for absolutely no charge. Great guy, great service. My business will stay with him.

Trustworthy, been in business for years, and reasonable pricing. I shelved my road bike a few years ago. Recently I wanted to start riding again. So, took it in for a tune and check up. He did what the bike needed and made it roadworthy. No extras or surprises. He didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed.

Great shop!!I've went to a couple of others around and I'm the average joe. I'm not a dentist wearing spandex in a midlife crisis. I didn't fit in and felt out of place at the other shops. I seemed to be a hassle even though I was spending money with them because it wasn't the amount they wanted me to spend. I now only go to JPs even if he doesn't have exactly what I'm looking for he'll have something close enough. The other shops should take a page from his book!
