Great communication with Dan, The process was explained to me in details ahead of time and an estimate was provided. Dan promised to complete in two days but my Mac was ready the same day and it works perfectly.

These guys are just real and real professional.They communicate well. Fair pricing for the work involved. Most of all they know what they are doing. They figure out whats going on with your computer quickly or tell you if something needs more investigation. They are honest in their dealings which is important to me. Highly recommend.

I first spoke with Dan over the phone and he was very professional and willing to listen. He provided first steps advise. He also accepted to help me with a faster turn around of a few hours for the diagnosis when I asked for it. Most places want two days. I went to the store and he was there ready to take care of my External hard drives. He mentioned that the costs for the diagnostic may be $69. However, he was pretty fair when later on he lower the expense to half based on the relatively simple work done. My first great experience will definitely take me back to Tech Studio
