Sam's IT service did a fantastic job solving my computer issues. They were kind enough.to guide me through the process of transferring everything from my computer to an external hard drive before they worked on it. The before and after photos show the amazing amount of work this company did in cleaning the inside of the laptop. They were fast, friendly and efficient. What an amazing experience with Sam's IT solutions. He's always been very very help. From fixing my laptop to helping me restore my bios. And now helping me install a new PSU and my 3080ti graphics card. He was very patient and informative from the beginning. He walked me thru everything and insure I had all the correct components. The cherry on top would be him coming to my house to install all the components and making sure everything is working at its highest performance. Definitely recommend Sam's IT to friends and family.
